| Inventory Levels Backorders & Pre-Order Items

| Inventory Levels: Our website offers sizes, styles, and designs based on inventory available in all our warehouses combined. Therefore, there is the possibility that an item you purchase may not be available to ship to you. |
| Backorders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in Internet sales, and variations in our various warehouse inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on backorder, your order will not ship until the item is in stock. The amount of time for out of stock products to be replenished at our warehouses ranges from 1-2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on manufacturing schedules. You will be charged for your ENTIRE order at the time of purchase. |
| Pre-order items: Products listed as a pre-order item online are not currently in stock. However, you will be charged for pre-order items at the time of checkout. If you place an order for multiple items that includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete.

| Duties & Taxes |
| Canadian and USA order: Mantini/Pantini will ship all orders to Canadian or U.S. addresses from its Canadian warehouse. Canadians are subject to the current GST/HST tax rates (as well as QST for shipments to Quebec).

| European and International Orders: Mantini/Pantini will ship all orders to overseas addresses from Canada. There are no taxes or duties charged by Mantini/Pantini for orders shipped from Canada, but you may incur import taxes and duties in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Many countries do not charge taxes or duties on items below a certain cost. Check with your post office or taxation office for details about taxes or duties on small imports. |
| Shipping charges calculated on international orders are approximate and may be adjusted based on the warehouse that we ship from. You will be contacted if we need to adjust your shipping method. |
